Both microscopes allow you to observe thin cuts, prepared slides, protozoa, and some unmoving blood cells. 50L model will give you a larger, more detailed view. There’s no difference in observations of opaque samples, as biological microscopes allow such observations only at the minimum magnification power.

    Hello Kenn, thank you for interest in Levenhuk products. The lenses are not tinted. The microscope comes with a 110 V/50 Hz power supply. So it can be used in the USA only with the adapter. But you can also use it in Thailand with batteries that come in a kit. Is there any additional information you might need?
